• I have ridden similar steep, technical single tracks before
• I must wear an appropriate helmet to the required BS EN1078 standard, which is correctly fitted
• Full face helmet and body armour should be worn at all times however if you insist on NOT abiding by these rules, this is your responsibility
• I have read and understood the code of practice
• I am not aware of any medical conditions which would preclude me riding the tracks
• I understand that mountain biking is a dangerous activity and I ride at my own risk
• I understand that the Club Manager, Stephen Hunter and the Land Owner can not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury arising from, or about the Activities
• My bike is suitable for the trails
• It is my own responsibility to load my bike on and off the uplift trailer and you take full responsibility for any damage
• I must be aware of vehicles, walkers and slower cyclists
• I must ride with care when passing other people on the tracks
• I must obey all signs and instructions from staff
